If you are seeking for a pushy realtor who will just try to close any deal, then you shouldn't hire Chris. Instead, Chris is an agent who will tell you the good, bad and ugly regarding any property you are looking to purchase. She reveals the facts and then lets the buyer make the decision of whether to purchase. She goes far above and beyond in order to find the answers to any question you ask in which she doesn't immediately know the answer. She will find the true answer for the purchaser and make the best deal that she can possibly do. I would choose no other realtor if you are looking for the best.
